How does eWisdom TV™ work?
eWisdom TV™ pairs experts in various fields with the people who desire their information. Experts upload their video lessons to our website and knowledge seekers search for and watch the videos that they are interested in.
Each eWisdom TV™ video lesson costs only $1.99, making credible, expert information available at an affordable price point. Certain topics may be best divided into a series of video lessons to benefit both the watcher, by providing digestible, bit-sized lessons, and the experts, by compensating them accordingly for more complex subjects or higher-value lessons.
How much does eWisdom TV™ cost?
There is no cost to register eWisdom TV™ for both experts who want to post their video lessons and knowledge-seekers who want to browse the topics that they cover. If a visitor to the website wants to purchase a video lesson, they can do so instantly for $1.99. Experts get paid each and every time one of their video lessons are viewed. In this way, the balance of power is as such that the best content, judged by the viewers through their section criteria, is the most successful.

How do I become a buyer?
To become a buyer, you can register on the eWisdomTV site. Just click on the Register link found on the top right part of our pages and fill out our registration form.
Once you become a buyer, you will be able to purchase the online lessons that we have up on our site or post questions to our experts via our Ask an Expert feature.
How much does each lesson cost?
Each individual lesson costs $1.99, which can be purchased via credits. $1.99 = 1 credit. Credits can be purchased and used at any time. Credits do notexpire and they are handy to have on hand for situations where you need quick access to reliable information, such as treatment for a bee sting or changing a flat tire.
How do I pay to view the videos?
Each video on the site has a 'Buy Now' link that you can click on to purchase our online video lessons. When you click on it, you can either choose to pay for the lesson only or buy credits in bulk and proceed through checkout. All payments are handled online via PayPal.
Once you purchase a video, it will be available for viewing at any time and can be accessed via your My Channel page. To access the videos that you've purchased, just click on the My Library tab in your My Channel page.
Are there discounts when paying for credits in bulk?
We offer a discounted price for buyers that purchase more than 5 credits at once. This option will be available to you once you click on 'Buy Now' on any of our lessons available for purchase.

How do I know that the lesson that I purchase will be of high quality?
eWisdom TV™ thrives on the active feedback from its community. Each video will be given a rating by previous viewers and comments can be left. Videos with overwhelming positive rating, favorable comments and a large number of views, can be safely deemed to be of high quality by a large cross-section of viewers.
Can I Download my Purchased Video Lessons?
To protect the copyrights of our experts, videos purchased cannot be downloaded to a local computer. However, knowledge-seekers are welcome to log into their accounts at any time to view the videos that they have purchased.

Am I an “Expert?”
Experts are people with special knowledge on a particular topic. With this definition, most people are experts in at least one area, maybe more. Maybe you are an expert on stamp collecting, or defensive driving, you might know how to make the best chicken noodle soup, have an infallible chess strategy, or be a patent attorney providing a video on filling out a patent application. The truth is, if you are passionate and knowledgeable about any topic then you are an expert to us!
It is a good idea for you to browse through the site and view some lesson that are of interest to you. This will help you get a feel for the many different types of experts that there are and encourage you to share your unique forte with the world on the eWisdom TV.com website.
How do I register as an Expert?
Registration on the site is free. You can register by clicking on the register link on the top right section of your homepage and click on the 'Sign Me Up As An Expert' button.
When you register as an Expert, you will be asked to complete your Expert profile. Your public profile will serve as a page for site visitors to get to know you better and market your expertise. Once you've completed your Expert profile, you can then upload online tutorials and videos that you've made and get paid every time one of your video lessons is sold.
How and When do Experts get Paid?
eWisdom TV™ operates conveniently on a credit system. Credits cost $1.99 to buy, however, each video only costs one credit. If you feel like your content is more valuable than a credit then you can be compensate for this by creating a series of videos.
Every time one of your lessons or series is viewed through eWisdom TV™, you will earn 50% of the $1.99 with no additional fees levied against you.
When you have generated $25.00 or more in earnings, a ‘Get Paid’ link will appear at the top of your Account Profile. Simply click this button to get paid. Within seven business days, you will receive payment via PayPal sent to the email address provide in your expert account.
Please note there are two earnings figures in your Account Profile. The "Available" earnings indicate the amount of earnings currently eligible for payout and this is the amount that must be over $25. “Total” earnings represent your lifetime earnings.
What is the Benefit of Creating a Series of Videos?
eWisdom TV™ suggests creating a series of videos rather than one long video in many scenarios that benefit both the watcher and the experts alike.
For the watcher, more difficult topics might be easier to understand broken down into smaller more digestible chunks. This allows time for the material to soak in before moving to the next level. Watchers also get a discount for purchasing credits in bulk. This makes each video less expensive on average and encourages them to view series in increments that are best for them.

For the expert there is a much better opportunity to earn revenue with, for example, three videos on one topic than one long, difficult to understand video. In addition, the easier the videos are to digest for the watcher, the more likely they are to choose your video series over a similar one offered by another eWisdom TV™ expert.
How do I Promote my Videos?
eWisdom TV™ works hard to support the amazing team of experts that help make our website the best source for reliable information. We have found that the most successful experts are the ones that use interesting, key-word rich titles and use their keyword tags in a clever way. In addition, there is a tutorial that aids you in understanding the benefits of the social networking sites in gaining exposure for your lessons.
How can I add my Linkedin Profile to my profile?
Simply click on the General Information link at the top of your My Channel profile page. On the general information page, scroll down and you will see a text box that allows you to copy and paste in your Linkedin profile. This text box is located directly underneath the About Yourself text box.
Ask An Expert
What is Ask an Expert?
Ask an Expert presents a new way for buyers to get the information that they need from the experts that have specific knowledge on a particular subject. This new feature lets buyers reach experts directly in two ways: by asking our experts a direct question or by posting a message in the Answers on Demand board.
For example, a new car owner who’s looking to find instructions on how to effectively maintain their car can have two ways of obtaining the answer to their question of ‘How do I maintain my new car?’ :
- They can browse through our Auto category and select a specific expert to answer their question via the ‘Ask a Question’ button or
- They can post their question on the Answers on Demand board to receive offers from different experts to answer their question.
How much does asking a direct question or a posting on Answers on Demand cost?
Posting a question on Answers on Demand or sending a direct question to an expert is free. You just need to register on the site as a buyer to post your questions. The only cost for using these services is the Answer Fee. Experts will have the chance to answer the questions in exchange for a certain amount of credits. This will be equal to the credit amount that you and the expert agree upon to get your answers.
The fees are based on our credit system where each credit is equal to $1.00 USD.
How do I send a direct question to an expert?
To send a direct question, all you need to do is to go to the profile page of any of our experts and click on the ‘Ask a Question’ button. You can find experts by browsing through the many different categories available on the site and viewing the videos or you can do. You can also do an advanced search and look for a specific expert if you know their user name, The profile page can be accessed by clicking on the username of an expert.
Once a question is sent, experts are notified via email, who in turn will let you know the number of credits required for them to answer your question. You will then have three choices: Accept the Answer Fee, Negotiate or Decline.
If you choose to Accept, you will get the chance to pay to receive the answer of your chosen expert. After you successfully receive the answer – the funds are then released to the expert for the answers they have provided.
If you choose to Negotiate, you can modify the proposed Answer Fee. Once submitted, the expert will be informed and will have the option to decline or accept the offer.
You can also Decline which will inform the expert that you are no longer interested with their offer. You will also have the chance to state a reason why the offer was declined.
What is Answers on Demand?
With Answers on Demand, instead of looking for experts, you let the experts come to you. As a buyer, you can post a question on a particular subject and experts will then place a bid to give you their know-how on the subject at hand.
How does Answers on Demand work?
Buyers will post a question in the Answers on Demand board where experts take turns in placing a bid to answer the question. The Answers on Demand board can be reached by clicking on the Answers on Demand link on the Ask an Expert module on the left side of our homepage or via this link.
Each bid will show how many credits an answer will cost. Once bids are received, a buyer will review each bid and choose the expert they wish to go with in answering their question. As with direct questions, bids can be negotiable, and buyers can make a counteroffer to the expert.
Once a credit amount for an answer is agreed upon, the buyer pays the amount which will notify the expert to deliver their answers. After the buyer successfully receives the answers – the funds are then released to the expert for the answers they provide.
How do I negotiate or make a counteroffer?
Buyers can negotiate Answer Fees with an expert by using the ‘Modify’ button on their questions page.
For direct questions, just log on to your account and click on the My Questions tab on your My Channel page.
For Answers on Demand, just click on the Answers on Demand button on the left side of our homepage or go to this link. Click on the Details link to reach your question page.
On your question page, once you click on the Modify button, you will be asked to change the Answer Fee. To submit the new Answer Fee, click on ‘Post’ and the expert will be notified of the change. You will be notified via email once the expert has accepted or declined the new offer.
How do I pay for the answers?
You will be able to pay once you are ready to accept a bid from an expert. From the question page, just click on the ‘Pay Fee Get Answer’ button.
To reach the question page for direct questions, just log on to your account and click on the My Questions tab on your My Channel page. For Answers on Demand, just click on the Answers on Demand button on the left side of our homepage or go to this link. Click on the Details link to reach your question page.
Payments can be made via PayPal or through our online eWisdomTV Checkout.
Can I cancel my question?
Yes. To cancel a question posted, just go to your My Questions page when logged in and click on the Decline button.
For Answers on Demand, you can just go to the Answers on Demand board where you will also see a Decline button for your question. Once you click on Decline, you be asked for a reason in withdrawing the question before confirming its cancellation.
No fees are charged when cancelling Answers on Demand posts or direct questions to an expert.
How long does my question stay up on the site?
Questions will be available for experts to see for 30 days, after which they will be closed for bidding.

What is the Maximum File Size for each Video?
eWisdom TV™ allows each video file uploaded to be a generous 100MB each. Should your file size potentially exceed this, please use the compression tool when saving your video to make it under the 100MB limit.
How do I shoot my own video for eWisdom TV™?

What do I do if I Believe that there has been a Technical Error?
If you believe that there has been a technical error with your video purchase, please contact us. If you think that the original file that the expert uploaded was the problem, please us know. We will contact the expert on your behalf and try to resolve the issue quickly. If you can view the lesson, but think the content is substandard, we understand and sympathize with your feelings so make sure to rate the material and write a review accordingly such that your opinion can be shared with others. It's important to us that you're happy with your eWisdom TV™ purchase. So, in addition to your review, please let us know and we will ensure that you are dutifully reimbursed.
