I am presently the Director of a Community Mediation Service based in West London, UK. We provide mediation in neighbour disputes, workplace disputes and other areas, as well as Conflict Coaching and training in conflict management and communication skills.

I have mediated in a wide range of disputes including workplace, student complaints, National Health Service Complaints, Special Educational Needs provision disputes, group disputes and provided training in Mediation skills and conflict management skills to a wide range of organisations, mostly based in or around London, UK.

I have mediated in a range of different types of disputes over the past 15 years and am available as a mentor for new /recently trained mediators. Conflict Coach
I am able to provide one-to-one support for individuals experiencing a relationship breakdown or other difficult situation in any area including the workplace, the family, social relationships, those who feel bullied etc. Please note - conflict coaching is not 'advice', it supports self-reflection and self-creation of more effective ways of responding to a conflict or difficulty.
