How to get started:

First, decide which of the two methods above work best for you. Then follow the instructions below!

  For Answers On Demand:

1. If you don't already have a buyer profile then you will need to create one by clicking the following link,

2. Click on the Answers On Demand module and post your question
3. Experts will be notified via email of the posting and respond to the posting with a bid amount using the credit system. Each credit equals $1.00 USD.
4. You will then review the bids along with the expert profiles
5. Once you have selected an expert, you can click the Accept, Decline or Negotiate button.
6. If you click the Accept button, then the expert will be notified immediately and you should receive a response within hours. However, more than likely, you will receive one in minutes.
7. If you click the Negotiate button, then you will need to input the amount you are willing to pay for the answer and click the submit button. Once you have done this, then an email notification will be sent the Expert. If the Expert agrees, then he/she will click the Accept button and answer your question. You will be notified via email with the answer.
8. If you click the Decline button, then you will need to identify another expert from the initial bids and repeat the process.

  For Ask A Question:

1. If you don't already have a buyer profile then you will need to create one by clicking on the following link,

2. Click the Ask A Question button on an expert's profile and post your question
3. The Expert will respond with a bid amount using the credit system. Each credit is equal to $1.00 USD.
4. You can Accept, Decline or Negotiate this bid amount
5. If you click the Accept button, then the Expert will be notified immediately and you should receive a response within hours. However, more than likely, you will receive one in minutes.
6. If you click the Negotiate button, then you will need to input the amount you are willing to pay for the answer and click the submit button. Once you have done this, then an email notification will be sent the Expert. If the Expert agrees, then he/she will click the Accept button and answer your question. You will be notified via email with the answer.
7. If you click the Decline button, then you will need to identify another Expert from the initial bids and repeat the process.
