As an Inspirational Speaker Bobby was asked to speak at: Chesapeake Volunteers In Youth Services, Norfolk Detention Center, Fathers & Family Fest, The 42nd Annual Norfolk Chapter of the Southern Christian Leadership Conference, and the Naval Support Activity POW / MIA Chapel Honoring (Bobby's Hero) Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. In October 2006, Bobby was a Presenter for The National African American School Board Members Councils 6th Annual "Closing The Achievement Gap Summit." September of 2008 Presenter for Norfolk Public School Social Workers Conference and Virginia Beach Public School Social Workers Training Meeting.

Bobby has also been invited to speak at: Salem & Green Run High School, Plaza, Landstown and Kempsville Middle School for February's Black History Month. Twice at Ocean Lakes High School for Leadership Week. Virginia State University, Norfolk State University and Old Dominion University.

Bobby's Character Development Mentoring Program; "The Gentlemen's Club" has been implemented with proven success at: Plaza & Landstown Middle School as well as Virginia Beach Central Academy (Alternative) High School. The age old saying; "Good News Travels Fast" is true: The Gentlemen's Club was invited to be apart of a panel of youth in Richmond, Virginia (Teen Drop Out Prevention Summit)as well as being invited to be on a panel to speak in Washington, DC. to the National Association School Boards of Education (NASBE).

The overall success of the program has earned Bobby the following awards: The "I Make A Difference Award" and Teacher Assistance of the Year at both Plaza and Landstown Middle Schools. Bobby was twice "Tagged by the Superintendent" of Virginia Beach City Public Schools. The Gentlemen's Club Program received a total of four (4) grants totalling $3,850.00 from the Virginia Beach Teachers Grants Foundation. The Gentlemen's Club was voted as "Best New Club" at Plaza Middle. In 2005 Bobby was nominated by Kiss 105.3 FM as "King of Hampton Roads" for Black History Month. In October of 2008 Bobby received "The Community Youth Leadership Hero Award"

The positive impact of the program called for programs to be implemented for girls as well: Plaza Middle School, "Lady's In Leadership", Landstown Middle, "Lady Lancers", Virginia Beach Central Academy, "Girls Empowering Minds & Spirits" (G.E.M.S.). Its overall success has spreaded throughout Virginia Beach City Public Schools with other schools in the district starting mentoring programs as well.
