Let’s get started; get a free 30-minute circuit training routine you can do at the gym, at the park, or at home.
Circuit training is a great way to combine cardio and strength training exercises into one routine and get a flat stomach fast. This circuit training routine consists of five cardio exercises/strength training exercises completed one after the other with little to no rest in between.

This is an exciting balance and stability drill that also strengthens core muscles and can be done at the gym or at home. When starting this exercise:
1. Begin with your stomach lying on the exercise ball, down by your belt line. Position your legs and feet hip-width apart with feet pointing towards your body. Position your hands shoulder-width apart on the floor with your fingers facing forward.
2. Stiffen your core and abdominal muscles to position your spine in a neutral position, avoiding any excessive sagging or arching, and slowly lift up your right leg backward (raise and straighten the knee) and your left arm forward. Extend both arm and leg as far up as you can without causing any rotation or tilting in the hip or shoulder. (Your head should remain aligned with the spine throughout the movement.)
3. Gently lower yourself back to your starting position and repeat with the opposite limbs (alternating sides every time.)
Tips: You'll feel the pressure mainly in your lower back and bottom. Remember to focus on your core, and keep balanced by working your abs. Do not let your hips tilt to one side whilst moving your legs. Keep breathing steadily, never hold your breath.
